BONUSES
Our Management Bonus Plan does NOT have a cap to it, which means that your
bonus earning potential is huge depending on how well your store does in its numbers.
If you are eligible to receive a bonus, you have a great amount of control over whether
you will receive a bonus or not and how much bonus. Our bonus plan is realistic
and achievable.
*Benefits take effect on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment
