ways materially different than stated in these
Terms of Use without first providing you a meaningful

PRIVACY STATEMENT
John’s Incredible
Pizza Co. respects your privacy and we will do
our best to earn and keep your trust. John’s
is very respectful of the privacy concerns of
the visitors to its site on the Internet. As a
general policy, no personal information is automatically
collected from visitors to our site. All personal
information you share with us is treated with
care.
John’s created this privacy statement to
demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy
of all our guests. This privacy policy identifies
how we collect, use, and protect the information
you provide to us when you visit our stores or
use this website.
John’s Incredible Pizza Company does not

child to third parties for marketing purposes.
John’s has security measures in place that

that visitors voluntarily provide. John’s

with personally identifying information when you
visit our stores or use our website. When you
provide your name, address, and email address
in any of the ways described below, we may use
that information to contact you regarding special
offers, promotions, and events at John’s.
We may also use aggregated age, gender, and geographic
information to understand more about our guests.
You can always opt out of receiving such communications,
as described below. We may collect and use information
in a number of ways.
OUR EMAIL LIST
John’s maintains
an email list to which we send email messages
and promotions. To join the email list we ask
for first name, email address, mailing address
and birth month. In addition, you may provide
information to us for special purposes to tell
us how much you enjoyed your John’s experience
or to inquire about John’s. We do not use
information provided for the email list for any
purpose other than to send the email messages,
birthday messages and notices of promotions or
events.
JOHN'S CARDS AND
KID'S CLUB CARDS
The information collected
for the purpose of completing a purchase, including
signing up for a John’s Card or a promotion,
may include name, postal address, telephone, and
email address. We also collect date of birth and
gender of the recipient at times. Kid’s
Club cards are designed for children up to age
12 and are only provided to children whose parents
are present and who sign up for an adult card
using an acceptable form of ID. We do not use
information provided for these loyalty cards for
any purpose other than to send birthday messages,
notices of promotions or events and other John’s
related information.
RESERVING A PARTY
When you reserve or book
a party, the information collected (full name
of host and of the person celebrating, their age,
gender, postal address, phone number, and email
address) is used to complete the reservation.
This information allows John’s to confirm
the reservation and to contact you if the party
requires any changes. Your credit card type, number
and expiration date are required for the party
deposit. When you book a party, we may use your
name, postal address, or email address to communicate
with you about your purchase, reservation or to
make you aware of a special promotion that may
be of interest to you. We may use this information
to send you flyers, special offers/coupons, birthday
cards, and thank you notes.
ONLINE CONTESTS
AND SWEEPSTAKES
If John’s offers
an online contest or sweepstakes, for the purpose
of contacting the winner, we collect first and
last name and email address. If there are prizes
in several categories, we may also collect age
or birth date. We may provide the option to sign
up for our other promotional offers.
TESTIMONIALS AND
GUEST SUBMISSIONS
If a guest sends us a
testimonial or about their experiences in one
of our stores, or other submission of artwork
or stories for use on our site or in printed materials,
we ask only for first name, city and state. From
time to time we may send a reward for submissions
such as a John’s gift card. In that case,
we ask for either email address or postal address
for delivery of the gift card.
APPLYING FOR A JOB
When you supply information
via a job application for work at John’s,
we use that information only for the purpose for
which it is provided. If you find a job position
that interests you, you are encouraged to complete
an application online. We ask that you provide
as much information about yourself as possible,
including your full name, address, home phone,
email address, age (if under 18), and optional
social security number. This information is forwarded
to our Human Resources team or to a Store Manager,
depending on the position. Applications for individuals
not hired are kept on file for one year. Online
Applications from children under the age of 16
will NOT be accepted.
HOW IS INFORMATION
PROTECTED?
John’s Incredible
Pizza Co. has security measures, such as firewall
and limited access in place to protect against
loss, misuse, and alteration of guest information
collected by us. Information collected via
www.johnspizza.com
is stored on secure servers.
WHEN IS THE INFORMATION
DELETED?
At this time, information
collected online is backed up nightly. No data
is permanently deleted or destroyed, unless we
are instructed to do so by a parent or legal guardian.
HOW IS THIS INFORMATION
SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
John’s does not
share the personally identifiable information
it collects with any third party for marketing
purposes. We may share information with our service
partners, organizations that provide services
to support our ongoing efforts, such as our mail
processing company, payment processing companies,
and market research firms. All such service providers
are bound by contract to refrain from using guest
information for any purpose other than providing
the service to John’s. We also may share
information at the request of law enforcement
authorities, when ordered to do so by a court,
or when required to assert or protect our legal
or intellectual property rights.
IS INFORMATION REQUIRED
TO PARTICIPATE?
No. John’s does
not limit a child's participation in any activity
by requiring more identifiable information than
is reasonably necessary to participate in the
activity.
