Event Standard Policies

Tips For A Successful Event
  • Arrive 15 minutes Before Scheduled Time – We don’t want your event to feel rushed. To ensure your event starts on-time; you and your guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time in order to process your check-in.
  • Notify All Guests To Use Party Entrance – Notify all of your guests to enter through the Party Central entrance to avoid waiting in the regular line.
  • For Birthdays: Review the Sequence of Events Attached To Your Booking Confirmation – Notify party central staff if you wish to make any modifications.
  • FunCards Will Be Distributed At The End – If you wish to receive them sooner, notify management that you would like to pay your final bill ahead of time.
  • Additional Time – After your event, you may enjoy the games and rides in our Fun World. You may also move into one of our themed dining rooms for up to 2 hours of additional time. Space in the themed dining rooms is limited, therefore, seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
General
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted other than cake and ice cream. If you bring cake or ice cream, please ask for it at the end of your party. All cakes and ice cream will be disposed of at the end of the day.
Reservation Period
  • Your event time will not be extended due to late arrival. Event admission packages and entrance through Party Central are only available during your reservation period. Any guests arriving after your reservation period will need to enter through the regular entrance.
  • Any guests arriving after the final bill has been processed must pay on arrival.
Seating
  • If you expect your guest count to surpass seating capacity, or if your guest count is lower than expected, you need to call prior to "Cancellation Policy" found on your Booking Confirmation. Additional seating subject by room availability/capacity.
Admission Requirement
  • An event admission package is required for all guests attending your event. Children 2 and under can enter and eat for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • You have the option to pay for all your guests, some of your guests, or have your guests pay for their own admission upon arrival.
Minimum Purchase
  • Each booking has a minimum purchase requirement found on your Booking Confirmation.
  • Minimum purchase requirement is locked in at the "Cancellation Policy" found on your Booking Confirmation.
  • Purchase total for your event will be made up of:
    • Purchases made by your guests during your scheduled event time.
    • You must inform the cashier to link transactions to your event.
    • Items that apply to your purchase requirement include:
      • Event admission packages
      • Alcohol
      • Additional FunCard purchases
    • Purchase total will exclude tax and any discounts applied.
    • Free entrants (Children 2 and under) Do Not apply towards your purchase requirement.
Deposit, Cancellation
  • Deposit requirement will be specified during booking and in event booking confirmation.
  • If minimum purchase requirement is not met at the end of scheduled event time, you will be billed the remaining balance due.
  • Event deposit is fully refundable with required notice specified in "Cancellation Policy" on your Booking Confirmation.
  • Any event cancelled with less than notice specified in "Cancellation Policy" found on your Booking Confirmation will be forfeited.
  • Changes made to your event may result in a change in the required deposit amount and/or the purchase requirement.
  • Deposit will be refunded in the same form of payment that was received except for cash. Cash or check deposits will be mailed to the address on file within 10 days of cancellation.
  • If deposit was placed by credit card, in order to use your deposit, card holder and credit card must be present at the event. Your deposit will be applied to the final bill.
Decorations
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
  • We do not permit using tape, tacks, push pins or other implements to secure materials to our walls. However, tape may be used on our standard event room windows.
  • Confetti, poppers, piñatas and silly string are prohibited.
Forms of Payment
  • We accept Cash, Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Direct bill option is available for business or groups with prior approval. Please contact group sales for direct bill application.
Non-Performance
John's Incredible Pizza Company shall not be liable for non-performance of this contract when such non-performance is attributed to labor troubles, disputes, strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State and Municipal) regulations or restrictions upon trade or travel, transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God, and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the reasonable control of the store, preventing or interfering with the store's performance.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to be solely responsible for and indemnify and hold harmless John's Incredible Pizza Company and its affiliated corporations and all loss or damage originating from or in connection with all activities of Customer's guests, attendees, and for all claims and demands for damages to property or for injury or death of persons directly or indirectly resulting from such activities of such nature.
