Fundraising Events

John's has incredible fundraising opportunities for non-profit groups. We have two options: Dining Events or Gift Card Sales. We make both fun and easy in a few simple steps!

Option 1: Host a Lunch or Dinner Dining Event

Step 1: Get Approved
First, your organization must be approved as a certified non-profit. If approved, your organization will receive 15% of all net food, beverage and Fun World entertainment sales made at the cashier station. All your group has to do is show up, eat and play games!

Step 2: Create Your Custom Flyer
Use our simple online process to create a custom flyer for your group that outlines the date and time of your event.

Step 3: Let Everyone Know
Make copies or email the flyer. Distribute to family, friends, neighbors and colleagues. We also have colorful stickers available for you to distribute promoting your fundraiser. Just call and ask for our Party Central Team and they will arrange your sticker pick-up date and time.


*Valid for non-profit groups only. Events can be booked Monday-Friday for a 3 hour block. Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. All transactions need to be made at a cashier station and the cashier needs to be notified that the guest is a part of your fundraising event. A check will be sent to your organization within 2 – 4 weeks of the event date. Not valid in conjunction with Group or Party Packages.



Option 2: Earn Through Gift Card Sales

Step 1: Get Approved
First, your organization must be approved as a certified non-profit. If approved, your group will earn 15% on all gift cards purchased. The more gift cards purchased, the more your group makes!

Step 2: Create a Fundraising Page - it's easy!
Create an online fundraising page for your group. You can set a goal and track fund raised.

Step 3: Let Everyone Know
Invite your families, friends, schoolmates, colleagues and neighbors to purchase gift cards through your fundraising page.


*Valid for non-profit groups only. Fundraising period can be from 7 to 90 days. Must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. Gift cards must be purchased through Fundraising page to qualify. A check will be sent to your organization within 2 – 4 weeks from conclusion of fundraising period. Not valid in conjunction with Group or Party Packages.
